Shots to burn the fats

How about some healthy shots for a change ha??
want to boost your metabolism?
well here we go!


  • 8 glasses of water
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger root ( or more if your like me and LOVE ginger )
  • 1 fresh cucumber peeled and cut. ( no need to peel )
  • cut lemon pieces
  • some mint leaves ( the more the merrier )
put all in a jar, bottle, whatever... in fridge over night.
the next day - start doing your shots!
1or 2  in morning before anything.
and between meals. can also have one at night before bed.

DO THIS FOR AT LEAST 4 DAYS !!!

now, boys and girls, let's keep it real here for a sec.
if your eating a whole bunch of crap you know you should not be eating AND/OR are a couch potato
then -
A. stop eating crap and B. move your ass off the couch.
THEN GET BUSY MAKING THESE DRINKS to help you burn some fat.
